Rose Farm is approximately 8.67 acres in the Southwest corner of Berthoud, situated diagonally across from the existing Berthoud High School on Spartan Avenue. Rose Farms will create a small, diverse neighborhood that stands out from larger, traditional developments being planned and developed in and around Berthoud. Given the small size of the site, construction is anticipated to be completed in a single phase. A total of 70 residences are proposed, to include single-family detached homes, duplexes, and townhomes. The single family homes include both alley-loaded garages and front-loaded garages. An open space playground area is centrally located for recreation and local character.
