Since 1969, Landmark Engineering has been dedicated to providing the professional staff and technical resources needed to offer the building and construction industry with fully integrated, service oriented construction period services.  Landmark has developed an integrated approach that incorporates civil engineering construction administration, field survey staking and geotechnical services into a package that is intended to ensure accurate, high quality construction and installation of private and public improvements.

Landmark's civil engineering professionals can assist our clients in administering the construction and observation of the private and/or public infrastructure improvements.  Our surveying professionals will work with builders, home owners and general contractors to provide construction staking for over lot and final grading, foundation layout, curb and gutter, roadway construction, utilities, structure staking, and other requested services. Our experienced field survey and office staff work with our clients to fully coordinate and expedite the construction survey and staking process.

Our geotechnical professionals coordinate with the builder or general contractor to perform various materials and compaction testing in order to verify proper installation of fill soils, insure quality of concrete and asphalt materials, and masonry installation.  In addition to geotechnical testing services, Landmark can also assist our clients with pavement and soil design criteria based on data acquired during our geotechnical soils drilling and analysis.
